Ecotune … we’re coming!

We were delighted to announce recently that we’re having another Charity Rolling Road event with Ecotune.

We were equally delighted when we filled all the running slots in about an hour!

Our Rolling Road days have been very popular in the past; especially those held with Ecotune in Hillington. It’s been a while since we last had one, so it was reassuring to see there was still a lot of interest in the format.

This time round, MND Scotland (Motor Neuron Disease) has been selected as the charity to benefit. This is particularly of note in this area given the plight of former Glasgow Rangers captain, Fernando Ricksen, who is fighting the horrible condition. It doesn’t matter what your football allegiances are; everyone is touched by the troubles faced by Fernando.

We'll be pushed to have a car sounding better on the rollers thank Kal's RS5 from last time

Plans are afoot for a raffle (which proved very popular last time) and a Show and Shine competition supported by The Detailers Box who will also be present with their gazebo and a selection of detailing products for you to buy.

Ecotune have an excellent facility for these types of events with all the facilities you’d expect including an indoor seating area with LCD screens for the results and windows into the dyno area. This has been recently revamped and is better than ever!

To keep up to date with details of the event make sure you have a look at Facebook. You can read about the previous event with Ecotune here.
